Bass fishing was excellent..... crappie are slowly starting to school up. Lots of little crappie which hopefully means good medium size crappie next year.
Anybody have updates on brownlee crappie. Ive seen youtube videos of past years catching rhem with a fly rod. Looked like fun to me.

dtayboyz, there were a lot of boats anchored in the narrows, but the crappie bite had pretty much slowed to a trickle. We picked up a couple of slabs and a bunch of dinks, but the cold front shut things down. Looks like a re-run again this week. I am ready for some steady weather...
