Went out for a partial 2 day trip as Im working at the plant. Gave me an excuse to get on the water again
Fished a few hours the first morning, but the bite has really slowed in this neck of the woods. Did manage a 33lber before it went dead. Met Eric finally, and enjoyed the chat with him. Decided to buzz below the dam and I hit it at the wrong time! I no more than got there and the flood gates opened again with a mountain of garbage pouring through. Blast! Then it was off to work.<br />Next morning, checked flows, and decided to hit the lake up again. Worth the wait! I had company this morning Trying to get her on a bigger one!<br />Caught a lovely 56, 47, 34, 26, 23 lbers as well as a few small dudes in about an hour and a half! She took the 47 and I took the 56 Her guess at the biggest was off emoTongue <br />Work called, so I had to leave again!<br />Beautiful day on the water! God is good!
