I went yesterday in my tube and was skunked due to high wind. Go when the wind dies down and you should do well

My cousin and I went up the day after the wind storms and rain left last week and killed the bass. 50+ LMB between us all 12+ inches. ALOT of fat thick pregnant females right now. We caught over 16 15 inches and bigger. 4 inch Wacky worms and 3 inch grubs in black to light green were the best producers for us. size 2 octopus hook with crawdad smelly jelly and just pitch it into the tree line. If you have a boat I'd suggest covering the area between the furthest dock to the little pond. that is where we did best.
We also caught several bluegills on fly poppers and worm under a bobber. If you are shore fishing I'd say the back dock to the pond as well.
Good Luck
