Does anyone have a recent fishing report on Henrys Lake - after the weather turned cold within the past week?

Not a single fish touched! Five poles all day and only three bites. Guys around us catching small fish but thats it. Keep in mind it was only my first time ever fishing Henry's.

We did well on opening day, so took the wife and kids this Saturday. this time not one fish in the boat. It looks like the fish are spawning. My guess should be good fishing in a week or two as soon as spawning is over and they are hungry.

Fished 6/5 thru 8th. Trolled bugger type flies black red or black green leaded line 2 colors with 20' leader. Fish were biting all day. Went out at 1pm on the 5th and caught about 3-4 an hour. Fish are in the middle a little west. Trolling around was great but Sat. all the boats were camped fishing bait or lures over the weed beds. Troll till ya find em and drop anchor, they are full of fish. Whitefish chunks have caught some big ones 7# or so. Worms with a orange mallow work good off the bottom. Caught 41 fish by going out 2-3 hours at a time. I was happy. Nothing over 2.5# trolling.
