I went there last night and as far as parking I wasn't quite sure how it worked. I pulled into the campgrounds and the booth was unmanned. I know it had a drop box but I still was unsure whether it was just for the campgrounds or the whole lake. So I went down the road and just parked in one of the dirt lots and didn't see any signs saying you needed to pay for parking. Basically, my question is do you need to pay to park anywhere around the reservoir or just for the campgrounds. Any help is much appreciated, heading back there tonight and don't want to be breaking any rules.

Yeah, should have just done that in the first place. If anyone else is wondering, the Dirt pulloff lots off of the highway are free (no camping of course) and the campgrounds on the south and north lot require the fee.
