Well...at least we had a limit lol. We had a great day fishing, just no size. We started out in cave lake along with half the anglers on Nickajack that morning, had a limit pretty quick but all 15" fish. Slowly but surely we culled our way to just under 8lbs ounce by ounce. We stayed in cave lake most of the day, left once but that was a waste of time. All fish were caught in 4-16 feet of water, on shakey heads, 10" worms, traps and top water. We had a blast with the top water bite for about an hour when the sun finally came out, but they were all short....was catching fish every other cast for about 25 minutes...still a lot of fun. Congrats to everyone in the money.
