Stayed away from the crowds over the past weekend but had to get after them today. No other boats out today until about 9:30 when one other boat showed up. Great fishing for cats today. Fished with my 11 yr. old boat mate and it was hard to keep four poles in the water. Probably caught 20 or so cats mostly on shrimp but also on carp meat. Caught one 26 incher and one at 29 inches. Biggest weighed just over 9 lbs. Tomorrow we will break that illusive 30 inch mark. []
