I just checked in on the Idaho Power site and it shows Brownlee has dropped 7 feet since the first of July. Today's level is 2070.
The page says "Brownlee Reservoir elevation will fluctuate through the month of July as Idaho Power begins to pass water downstream for flow augmentation as well as power generation."
What do you think this is going to do to fishing?

My favorite level is 2065. SO it is a little on the high side for me but as far as the fishing goes, it won't affect Catfish any. This little bit of a low front moving through might have some affect but I think it will be good for cats.
I am heading that way for a few days but I am not sure where I will end up right now. I am like a tumble weed I will where I get when I get there. I got about 10 pounds of bait and a couple boats on the trailer. Ron

According to the oregon fish and game, the crappie fishing is decent in brownlee
Anybody been there to verify how it is...

Is there a low level number where it isn't worth it to go?
Good luck.

I'm up here right now at Woodhead and the water is green. I decided to fish Oxbow only on this trip and so far having a blast. Tons of nice sized smallie, just about every cast at times.Lots of spawned out females, finding them in schools. Drop shotting the wall at the Dam.
As far as Brownlee goes, I don't mind fishing it until I can't launch a boat no more.
