[Scott Nielsen, Roy Hawk] have qualified for the inaugural $205,000 CITGO Bassmaster Open Championship, which will be held on Toledo Bend Reservoir Dec. 4-7. The winner of the no-entry-fee event nabs a ticket to the 2004 Classic. The top five finishers each earn $10,000 and get their entry fees paid for the 2004 Tour.
