Has anyone put in a toon on PV? Would like to put in somewhere that I would not have to carry the toon very far or pay the launch fee as there would be several of us and as i understand it we would each have to pay. Any info would be helpful.

The Rattlesnake Creek beach area fits your bill nicely. It's just south of the west marina. Free parking and it's inside the no-wake zone.
