So we camped at Cascade this week end. The water was lower than I have seen it in a while and it got me thinking.
At what point do the reservoirs generally stop dropping and start filling? Do they drop until irrigation is shut off and then start filling? Or once irrigation is shut off, do they just stabilize until spring, and then start filling with the snow melt? I realize that it will depend on the year, but I'm asking, just in general.
I see places on the web where I can see current water levels, or short term histories, but where do I find long term water level histories on the web?
