This video show s a Moose walking in circles, I know it has nothing to do with fishing, but I would like some input.

That moose doesn't look very healthy to me. I'd say it's a good bet it is sick. Perhaps CWD?

My first thought was its choking on something and it is in a panic.

Finally got to talk to a game warden. What he said was when we have hot summers the moose get the worst of it. He said that it is some kind of disease that I can't remember, causes blindness and disorientation. He also said that there have been a lot of Moose that have been lost this year because of the disease. I hope he is right about the disease and it isn't CWD, he said that they would check it out to make sure.
