Dr Phil and I drove over to Tims Ford lake this morning in hopes of tagging into a couple of hybrids, but alas, the hybrids must be cavorting with the Walleyes, cause we didn't see any today. So, we turned to crappie.<br /><br />We did manage to scratch out 17 crappie with 15 being keeper size. Some nice crappie, but not the hog sized black nose that we are used to over there. BG shads in Crystal with a tail light and monkey milk, and green moon tiny shads 1.5 inch. <br /><br />The fish were deep around docks. We fished until about 1:30 or so and then went to lunch and came back home. Thank you for taking us fishing today, Rick. I'm glad that the boat runs good now. I'll come over again soon.
