I have hurd recently by a acquaintance, that they had caught a few SMB as of recently in the portneuf around the simplot area? Are they coming in through AF res? Or did some one transplant? I dont know the river well enough to know if they could make it from AF to the simplot area without great difficulty, has any one else hurd about SMB being caught in the area? He didnt tell me specifics just said around simplot area. I think it would be neat to have them but also not so neat for the cutthroat recovery. I had scene quite a few cuts coming back in recent years up higher, much higher. Any ways any one know about this? Or is it possible he was pulling my leg? Im clear in ND still and have no way of checking for myself.
