So late yesterday I get a call asking if I would be willing to take Dylan out for a trip for catfish. Jeremy wanted to go along too, so I agreed to go even though I was very tired. Dylan is young and was very excited to go, being his first time in a boat. He was shaking when he got into the boat from excitement. We motor on down to an old honey hole of mine and I was skeptical on the prefrontal bite, but it was such a beautiful evening. Not a bite from that hole, but maybe I quit too early. Moved to a Sambo hole and waited for 30 min with nothing. Just as I reel in a rod drops! YEAH! Here ya go Dylan! I thought he was going to pee himself he was so excited! A terrific fish that weighed in at 44# That thing went viral on facebook Im told 
<br /><br />After that in nearly 10 minute intervals massive takedowns keep coming off. ARRRGGGG! Really getting frustrated when on try number 6, everything sets hard. Jeremy takes this one and after a very fiesty battle a nice 54# is aboard! WOOHOO! <br /><br />I move locations to a spot Sam and I found together, and as my 3rd bait hits bottom a locomotive hits. It really didnt fight hard at first until it came and slapped the surface and then it was a very good fight in the current. After a bit a nice 60# is in my arms!<br /><br />Weather moves in right after and forces us out. I have some neat video of each fight that I will post soon. The one of me fighting the 60lber puts me in tears from laughter emoUp <br /><br />Great few hours on the water!<br />The Lord was good!
