I know this will be moved, but maybe it will stay here for a while. The SLC VA Health care, The Vet Center, and The Veteran Peer Support program will be hosting a Community Education Series at Granger High School on Dec. 4th 2013. That address is 3690 south 3600 west in WVC Utah. Topics will include Veterans Reintergration to the community,Vets Center services, Va services including what is available for the family,Peer recovery story,free flu shots for veterans and cookies and donuts. Start time is 4:30pm and will end 6:30 pm.
Lots of good information at this one folks. Will be worth your while to attend.

Do you need to bring a copy of your DD214 to get the Flu shot?

if you are enrolled in the va health care then no. If not we can get you enrolled there and the 214 will help.
