On a side note I tried to leave a bad review on amazon and they blocked it over and over. I no longer trust the overly positive nature of the reviews on amazon.

Did you buy the product from Amazon? I know that they try to reduce the number of false reviews, by checking if you are a purchaser. Odd that they would block you.
