Jerry and I decided to go fishing during the middle of the day Tuesday. Great weather. Just a little breezy.

We fished several deep water blow downs and only caught short Crappie. Moved to a bluff with a pocket blocking the water current. Did I mention the spillways at the dam were still open? The water was moving along pretty fast. We picked up 3 keeper size Crappie off the bluff.

Over all the water temp. avg. 45*-46*. Most of the Crappie liked the BGBS Monkey Milk & Mo Glo Ghost colors best. 1/16 oz. jig/#2 hook.

It was about this time that my trolling batteries ran out of charge. On the way home from our quickly ending fishing trip I found out new batteries were needed. Replaced them. Hope to get out again this week. The weather is just too nice!
