I saw some older posts on here about Pineview, but has anyone been out this week?

I have a buddy that went earlier in the week and said it was pretty slow. I'm still trying to decide between PV and Causey for tomorrow morning.

I'd say it was slow mid week. I fished Christmas afternoon and only caught 9 perch and 3 crappie for about 2 hrs of fishing.

I'm interested in any reports from the South side of Cemetery point, anyone?
I saw a dozen or so folks fishing Browning point on Monday but the fishing around the docks at the Port ramp was a waste of time.

I usually go near spring creek the rest of the year for my crappie, perch, and bass fix. I want to ice fish it this year but there is moving water...

We were fishing the north side of cemetery point yesterday morning. It was slower than usual. We caught 27, about half crappie and half perch. Crappie schools would pass through about every ten to fifteen minutes and would move on before you could catch a second fish. The perch were much larger than what we caught last year.

Congrats on the fish! How thick was the ice?

fished the Narrows yesterday. ice was 12 inches thick. 6" good 6" cloudy. fishing was slow for crappie.

We are at Pinevire right now by browning point and it has been good fishing for crappie. We have also caught 2 perch. Having success with rat finkees and ratsos. 27 feet of water. Green glow annd blue have been good. 4 inches of clear ice and 4 of cloudy ice.

I will be at browning tomorrow morning with a buddy from work, feel free to stop by, say hi and ill gladly give a report. We will be in a shappell 6000 dark blue hut. Was there a few days ago, got a mix of crappie, perch and a 5 lb carp.. Total of 10 and my partner 2. We fished from 7 to 12. Hopefully better tomorrow.
