The Friends of Willard Bay State Park have made the front page of the Standard Examiner Saturday December 28, 2013.

Efforts are still underway to ensure the $5.35M received as a settlement from the Chevron diesel spill stay inside Willard Bay state park and not go into the Utah "general fund". The incident happened at Willard Bay so the funds derived from that needs to stay at Willard.
