Does anyone know of a good place to take my ice auger for a tune-up in the Provo/Orem area? It's taking me a dozen pulls to get the auger started, so I am thinking I need a tune-up. Thanks for your help.

Try a small engine repair. Same place you would take a lawn mower.

If you are not using Sea Foam mixed with your gas, give it a try before going to a repair shop.
Sea Foam along with fuel stabilizer in every tank, will put off the need for a tune up for a very long time.

What is Sea Foam and is there a certain amount of it to mix with the gas? I don't get out much and hadn't heard of it before but it sounds like its worth trying. Can you tell me where to get some? Thanks

Sea Foam can be found at any auto parts store. I'm a believer.

Thanks for the idea. I'll give it a try and let you know how it worked.

Just avoid Pearsons. They will charge rediculous prices. I don't know where else to go, but avoid them! I just needed a carburator service, and it costed $75.00 on my Eskimo. It still didn't run right. I'll never buy a gas auger again after seeing the electric ION at work!
