What a fantastic idea! But I would be interested in how they execute it.

I have a good friend who lives in Finland and works for RKTL (their version of the UDWR here in Utah). Since all reindeer in Finland are "owned" by someone, it is easier to pain the antlers when they are rounded up each season. Both males and females have antlers in reindeer. Reindeer are treated very similar to free-range cows here in Utah. They are on public forest ground for grazing, but are owned by someone. When I was back there I learned a great deal about them. I really embarrassed myself when I asked if they hunted the reindeer. I would have been equivalent of someone here in Utah asking if we hunted the moo-cows that are on the forest during the summer. I got some strange looks until they figured out I didn't know much about reindeer.

They were all thinking "Yes, but don't tell anybody."
