About a year ago I won some gift certificates in the ice fishing contest. The certificates were for WAVE FISHING.com. WAVE FISHING sells plastic lures. I ordered several packages of the crawdad baits and a TIKI 3.5 inch grub kit.

While I have caught fish on the crawdads I have not done very well with them. IMHO, they are a little on the large side to be effective for the size of fish I normally catch. I have decided to cut them down a bit and try them again. Perhaps they will work better if I cut them down.

The 3.5 inch TIKI grubs have been excellent. They are "MOLOPO infused" and I'm convinced that the MOLOPO scent is a large part of the success I've had with them. The grubs are at least as durable and perhaps more so than many brands I've used and have great motion when moved through the water. If you like grubs in about that size range, I'd highly recommend you give them a try.

Thanks to WAVE FISHING for donating the prize and for making a great product. I just ordered several more individual packs and some MOLOPO scent.

I was disappointed to find that most of my favorite colors from the "kit", are not available in the individual packages.

I don't know if anyone will care, but after ordering more of these grubs, I contacted the company to inquire as to why they don't have more colors available. They told me they are discontinueing the grubs. Apprently they just don't sell enough. Figures....... Ever time I find a product I really like, that seems to happen. [][][][]

Better stock up if you can .

I really like their Tiki Sticks and tubes as well. They're nice and smelly with the molopo mix and come in some cool colors.

molopo stands for motion lotion potion. smallies goes nuts for them. they discontinued my favorite dropshot bait ,wave worm tiki drop as well. used to be able to buy wave worms at sportsman warehouse but now only the internet.
