Just could not stay boxed up at work today. Too nice outside. Snuck out of work, grabbed the boat, was at the Willard south marina by about 1145. South dock has a bit more water under it.

Trolled up to just below the island, then west. Weather was great, water level is coming up and coming in pretty full at the baffles, but so far nothing interested in the stuff I'm draggin.
After couple hours, decided to shut down, toss the anchor, throw out some worms, kick back and even snooze if possible.
Was a beautiful day for it.

First Wiper this year. Hit a worm, and swallowed it way down deep. Looks like dinner tonight.

Not the biggest or most catch in a day, but a great day on the water, got some sun, chased that skunk out of the boat at least for now, and fresh fish dinner.

Awesome post. It's nice to see the Bay give up the goods every now and then. That dinner looks like a well derserved meal for a hard days work[]

Thanks ETDT. Was a one catch trip yesterday, and today, someone threw the little black and white "kitty" back in my boat. Beautiful day, but nothing to take home but a nice bit of first season sunburn.[fishin]
