Nice haul, looks like you have Willard figured out. Thanks for sharing your pics. Were you fishing from shore or a boat?

Good point Yote.
GTOK- I hope it was ok that I posted the location of your success? By the way, where do you mind sharing where you caught the trout?

I was teasing, very few Utah waters hold Wipers and Walleye, though I don't think they share Trouts like those. Isn't there a community pond they stock Wipers? Too bad they aren't more prevalent, but it does make Willard kinda special that way.
GTOK - have a friend who told me his Filipino wife would be upset at me for fileting fish I was gonna share. She likes to chop 'em in steaks and fry the whole mess.
Have a number of Asian friends who like to cook 'em with the bones in, claims the bones add flavor. My kids have been spoiled by boneless fish. When I think of all the Perch and Bluegill we picked through in my youth.

Asian cuisines are big on texture and flavor variants. I would actually agree about steaking larger fish, esp. big trout. Perch and bluegill get fileted for sure.
