FYSA as of today they are charging at PV to launch.

Fees are as follows:

Season Pass: $120

Daily Launch: $12 per watercraft with exception I believe at Cemetery Point its $13 with $1 going to the town of Huntsville.

Launches:

Anderson Cove Campground open from 7-10PM gated
Cemetery Point Launch open 7-10PM gated
Port Ramp open 24hr no gate still the launch fee is collected.

Does a state park pass gain access? thats pretty freaking stiff.... curious about the tubes (and kayaks) though.

Yep if you launch from any of the areas I mentioned.

PV is federal state park pass not honored.

Anything canoe, kayak, paddle board, toon, tube etc, etc, etc, launching from places listed fee applies. No fee areas are a hike but doable. North arm road, Stringtown road, Spring Creek, unsure bout wind surfer beach as there is a gate there.

Also if it floats, better have mussel certificate displayed per DWR intel. PV is the heaviest recreated body of water in Northern Utah. Haha let the GAMES BEGIN!!!

Also at mentioned areas including Middle swim beach (no launch) there is a day fee and walk in fee. Thinking as I recall 2-8 bucks.
