My buddy Doug likes to catch those trashy green fish and since he has sold his boat I took him today to bass fish. <br /><br />We fished from 7:30 til about 2:15 today throwing mostly finesse worms on a shakey head. Doug threw black and I mixed it up with green and Pumpkin. We started out fishing really shallow in less than 5 fow for top water bites but that didn&#39;t happen. We then moved to fish blowdowns and cover in water 8 to 15 ft or so and things picked up. We landed 7 bass and lost 2. The ONLY keeper was 4 lbs 2 oz caught on a finesse pumpkin worm. Water temp went from 70 to 77. About lunch time the wind really got up and no fish after that. A great day to be on the water!<br />
