7-9 May 2014 Lake Guntersville – For the past three days Guntersville continued to be good for us. With multiple trips and lots of happy client who all caught fish…while most fish where in the 1-2.5 pound range, they did caught a bunch of quality fish in the 4-6 pound range. . Joseph boated a 8.3 for the best of the day. We fished main lake ledges and stump fields next to old creeks channels. Water temperatures are ranging from 72-75 degrees depending upon time of day and location. Our best fish again came on a Rapala DT 20 crankbait with the vast majority of the fish came on a Football head jigs from Tightline Jigs in a Green Tequila follow closely by Tomahawk Worms rigged on a ½ to ¾ ounce shaky head; all worked in 12 to 21 FOW.
