I went fishing with a buddy this Saturday from the bank. we arrived at 8:30 am and hooked up with one kitty in the 20" range after about a half hour. After we didn't have anymore action we moved down the beach and put on my secret bait, we started hammering the cats. Minus the two fish my buddy dropped of the stringer, we ended up with 7 Channel cats and a bullhead before calling it quits at noon.
The cat fishing has picked up and my guess is it will get real hot from shore in the next couple of weeks. Just wanted to give you all a report.

Nice, I'd say 7 from shore is pretty dang good at Lindon. FishMcfisherson and I hit up Lindon/Bubble Up quite often with our tubes and the bank fishermen never seem to have much luck. We were there this morning and caught about 17 between the two of us - they're definitely hungry and putting up a fight! A lot of fun and should only get better.

I can't wait to get a tube or kayak. There were people to my left and right that got skunked. It's all about knowing the bottom when fishing from shore. It probably didn't hurt that I walk out to my waist to cast either. They are going crazy for beaver liver. My shoe fishing usually gets better going into June.
