I have had lots of fun ice fishing fish lake, and am curious what spring fly fishing would be like there. I will be out in a tube if I do go so I won't be out very far.

We fished it last year at this time and had good success with the standard wet flies and streamers. Water was still very cold (low 40's), so use slow troll & retrieves. We did best in 10-30' of water more along southwest side of lake. Cruising the shoreline in a tube should work well.
Because of water temp, be sure and dress warm under your waders -- and you'll still likely have numb feet and legs when you get out.

Here is a depth map from the Navionics web site (it has bathometric info on many Utah lakes that you can check out for free). We fished between Mackinary Campground and Ogden Creek.

Thanks! Were there any colors that seemed to work best?

All red and all white bunny leeches worked well and buggers with sparkle. The most consistent was this odd creation from Harley Reno called the "Brillo Pad." Just tinsel and stuff wrapped around a hook. You can see how to tie one here http://www.theweeklyfly.com/TWF/2010/06/14/harley-reno-s-brillo-pad-7-37
