[font "Comic Sans MS"][#800000]I made no statements regarding the advisability or requirement of registering trailers or boats or that ALL boats shall have a title. My point was this: Therapist said Utah DOES NOT ISSUE titles for boats. I offered proof that they do in fact issue titles for boats as I have a boat title for my 2004 Tracker boat. I also have titles for ALL of my boats dating back to the mid-1980s. My big boat trailer is titled and registered but my utility trailers and small boat trailer are not registered even though a couple of them have titles. I've never been stopped or ticketed by a law enforcement official for non-compliance of licensing requirements on ANY of my trailers.[/#800000][/font]
