With the low temperatures lately, are the carp still spawning in the shallows at Utah Lake?

Not that I've seen.

I was there last Saturday, and the carp were all over the reeds. We killed a couple, and checked to see if the females had spawned, the ones we caught hadn't spawned.

I was at Lincoln beach between 6 and 7:30 AM and I didn't see one carp. What time were you there?

We were just a little west of Lincoln beach, maybe a mile away in the reeds. We could drive right down to the beach. I attached a pic where we were at.
