there are definitely more productive areas than wallsburg at dc for smallies, but they are there as well we put over 50 in the boat on saturday on plastics - biggest was not much over 13 inches although i did hook up with one unseen beast that threw the hook

Troll Rainbow Rapala's Or float some Salmon Peach Power bait off the bottom. Wallsburg or Charleston areas. I've seen Kastmasters work wonders as well.
