I got out yesterday evening for a trip with a Father n Son to try and catch a few fish during the evening and then fish a few hours after dark. The evening bite turned out to be the best with some nice fish coming on a 1/2 oz. Choo Choo Lures jig on some deep grass edges. When it got dark I turned on my new Light Strike Integrated lights that do a tremendous job of lighting up the area you are fishing, wether it be with the black lights or switch to the white lights to really light things up. If you have not seen one of these work, I strongly suggest that if you like to fish at night it will be well worth checking out. Back to fishing, we started on river ledge grass and had very little success, but then decided to move into some shallower grass since we had a nice breeze and that seemed to be the ticket. These fish would absolutely "hammer" our spinnerbaits, which is typical for this kind of pattern at night. Feel free to contact me by phone or email if you have any questions on these lights and see how they work. Have fun, Mike Carter
