Decided to take a quick trip to the nelle wow I forget how many people hit that lake in the summer. I think at one point it was a floating city with rap/country/pop concert ( people blasting there boat stereos ) not complaining got to listen to some music during the slow points. Any how had a good time, caught a few bows and LMB's. Good sign water levels are way up water reaches clear to the back and the boat ramp is now only about 3 feet off the concrete slab.

This is facing the once empty area toward the Rock Cliff entrance, water all the way back.

Nice job [Smile]

Might have to check a few bass holes from last week to see if anything is interested. That' sure a nice bass in the first picture.

I fished the Rock Cliffs area of Jordanelle Saturday morning. I did not get into any trout but I caught a lot of bass. Nothing very big though. I found a spot just 50 or so yards off the end of the bat ramp and using a olive bugger caught a good 15 to 20 bass. Nothing very big buts lots of them.

Yeah Id say thats good place for Bass that area was dry dirt with a bunch of dead and fallen trees im sure now it those dead trees are going to create allot of structure for fish.

I did see thousands upon thousands of small fry not sure what species they were but they were every were in that area hopefully the Nelle makes a come back turns into a good Bass fishery.

So what you've got there are smallies, not LMB's. Smile

Either way, fun stuff....
