July 23, 2014 Lake Guntersville –Good couple days to the lake with a bunch of Great folks having lots of fun catching fish. Flipping/punching with a ¾ to 1 ounce Tungsten and D-Bomb in hydrilla proved to be the most reliable when the sun came out, we also caught lots of good fish using big worms on ½ ounce Shaky Heads, Jigs, top water lures such as Buzzbaits and Spooks. Water temperatures range from 82-84 degrees on the main lake/channel. It’s time to get your dates reserved for the early season frog and flipping/punching action.
