Hi guys,
Ive been fishing for carps for a few years but ive decided to pick up fishing in mountain creeks(really small ones 10-15feet wide not much water flowing in them) ive been looking on the internet and decided to go with a small GLoomis trout rod (my primary targeted fish would be brown trout up to 13 inches long) and ime looking for an appropiate, really smallish, the smaller the better spinning reel. Can you please recommend which rod should i pickup, if its not too short, and recomment a nice small spinning reel?

the rods:

The SR 6010 one piece from here

TSR560 from here

or even GL561S from here

Thank you very much for an advice!

I'll wade in here with a recommendation. I'd say go with a Abu Garcia Orra (S or SX) 10. The S10 or SX10 is the smallest they make and should work well for you. I have the two sizes larger (S20 & S30) and I am very pleased with these reels.

If you're not a fan of the Abu Garcia try the smallest sized Shimano Sedona (SE1000FD) or there's even a Lew's Laser Lite Speed Spin Ultralight Spinning Reel that would do the trick.

For a line I'd go with the Berkley® Trilene® Sensation Line in 4 pound test. This is tough little line that we beat to death on bluegill and ultralight rigs. On a Medium action Crankbait rod I carry the 10 pound Berkley® Trilene® Sensation Line. It outperforms all others for the purpose I use it for.
