I know that some on here backpack tubes into lakes. So I thought I would post this here too.

I ran across this little float tube company recently. I don't own one of their tubes but they look great for packing into lakes.

A very specialized tube, whose primary design is to be lightweight and packable.

Saw these a little over a year ago when SHig was working on his. They are very nice! I could really see this.

I hadn't seen it then. I didn't realize there were any less than 5 lb float tubes being made.

If I was 10 years younger, I would snatch one up and take it to a few lakes I used to hike into. Might yet! Still hike just not as far or straight up.[:p] I would love to visit some new to me lakes on the Boulder!

I hear ya. I am currently looking at getting another Predator. After loading and unloading husbands I got a little spoiled.
