For 5 years now I've been flyfishing, I've managed lots of fish in the time have caught, SMB, LMB, walleye, carp, bluegil, perch, redear, rainbows, browns, cutthroats,and crappie. But there is one thing I have wanted to do for a few years since I had learned about it,

That is to catch a fish on a mouse pattern preferably a nice brown.
And today on Halloween I finally accomplished just that it made my whole month... Nice dark buck brown low 20's in length.. Here is a couple picture links...

Way to go now go back on a full moon after dark and do the same you will be hooked on it. Its some of the most violent strikes you will see and feel [cool]

Thanks all, and yes tiger muskie are deffinatly on my list maybe next year.. It was just a great experience. Everything was perfect... Shot 30' angled down stream landed on opposite bank and pulled it into current started stripping it slow and steady and I watched a big swirl and a big take.. It was awesome...
