Well to start off would like to give thanks to Earl and Leonard for letting Old man borrow some winter cloths sat morning. He forgot it was freezing out side???lol Made a cold run up river a marina and fished points/grass/boatslips the fish were hungry but 1/4" short and fat but had some big enough for 2nd place on the nick ( square bill/jig/the rig) 2'to 14' fow. Old man hadn't ever caught so many fish lol!

Day two after a short run to a grassmat thinking that the conditions were perfect for the frog one blow up in 2 hrs and the rain and wind. I told old man we in trouble !! Made another run to a ditch with grass on both sides Finally hook up after 5 or6 blow ups then nothing. Made a few more runs Nothin Nada dead . I had to think fast time running out two last spots had to be hit ran to a long point with a slender strip of grass and told old man to get his square bill he couldn't put down yesterday and I would force feed them the frog. Finally got 4 fish /I had a momma hog 10lbs or bigger hit the frog come completely out of the grassmat with the frog on her nose but it was not ment to be. Moved one last time to hump with grass and hooked up on 2nd cast our largest and 5th fish we got our limit oldman was screaming lol and it was good enough for 1st place (frog/square bill)2' to 10' fow congrats to Larry for sticking it out with me and a special Thank You to Earl and Patrick for taking care of the classic for us that fished!!
