We blasted off around 7:30 am and fished until about noon. The water temp. was 48*. The river current was turned on. We used 1/16 oz. jigs with BGBS Mo Glo Ghastly Minnow.<br /><br />We made our first stop and ran into Merdock and a couple of his friends. They were as surprised as Jerry and I were to see each other on the water. It appeared they were doing ok fishing. We fished with them awhile. Always nice to see friends on the water.<br /><br />We ended the day catching 20 with 17 keepers. Most of the fish were 11&quot; to 12&quot; but several were a solid 13&quot;. One was 14-1/2&quot;. Making it a Fat TARP.<br /><br />Jerry is holding up a 13&quot; with the 14-1/2&quot; Crappie. 1-1/2&quot; length sure makes a difference! lol <br /><br />
