Hey there guys,
This is a topic that even old timers like me will be divided on I'm sure.
Here in California, boat limits have been authorized for private boaters/anglers and sportboat/party-boat operations.
You may know that Oregon and Washington already had this system in place. Everyone will be able to continue fishing on a boat until the total number of fish caught equals the limit allowed to each angler is met. Calico bass limit is 10 fish per person x ten anglers on the boat= bye bye 100 calicos. groan groan groan!
I am against this but it is now policy! Still, don't get caught with over-limits on an individual basis.
What do you guys think? I'm putting this on other boards too.
