Does Cabelas, or Sportsmans warehouse or any other store like that rent ice shacks?

You'll have to travel, but they do rent them in many places. Here is one:

I have rented them at The Strawberry Marina. You may want to give them a call to make sure they still have them and perhaps you could reserve one.

Try calling around to the rental places like south davis rental etc. I think they might. I do remember seeing something for outdoors in the shop but I was in there over a year ago. It couldn't hurt to call, they might even know of a place that does rent them.
