This is a post to say thanks to TubeDude and to recycle one of his recipes just in case any of you missed it. I made mine with cream of mushroom and added celery, green peppers and fresh parsley. After I shredded some thai pepper cheddar cheese I smoked last weekend on top. Oh momma was it good!!!! Thanks Pat for taking the time to write it up. It was very very good. [/font]

Also glad you enjoyed the chowder. As I have said many times, it is not an exact recipe that will explode if you change it in any way. That's the good thing about most soup recipes...you can adjust them to suit your own preferences and personal tastes.
As they say about "other things"...it's all good. Some better than others.
