I am brainstorming ideas for building a sled to tow behind my snowmobile for ice fishing and other uses. I have a couple of good skis as a start, but could use some good examples of what other have build before I start putting it together.

I know I want at least the following
1- rack for ice auger
2- pole mounts
3- dog sled type spot for an additional person to stand on the back

Anyone have a sweet sled they have built or seen that they would be willing to share?

google kick sleds. You might be thinking of a combination between a smitty sled (again google) and a kickle sled or motospark.

Thanks for the lead. The smitty sled search returned a lot of ideas and was more what I had in mind. I would like to incorporate a place to stand in the back to haul a fishing partner. Now to try to balance out strength vs weight of the sled.
