I needed to get out, so I took the kids up to tibblefork for a couple hours for an ice fishing and sledding outing, I was able to find the fish very willing at about 8 feet. They were taking meal worms on a small jig. It was fun for the kids to see them hit quickly[]. If anyone goes be careful on the ice just over half the lake had ice. Where I was had 5 inches of good ice though so it can be found[]

You are a brave soul. What side did you access the ice?

On the south side in the shade. There were some crazies going through the middle, but we stayed where I had tested the ice, not too far off the bank, about 30 feet at most
