<br /> Yesterday my Son took me out and put me on son fish. Still a little windy but pretty nice day. We decided to stay in the creek because I didn't do to good on the river the other day. He was using crappie jig just up a few feet from the bottom and I was using jig about 7ft under a float and we decided to troll back and forth up and down the creek and we managed to catch a good mess. We put some crappie in the livewell. We caught mixed bag of white bass, yellow bass and of course crappie. We wasn't the only ones that decided to hit the creek so we had to maneuver in between all of them. They where fishing stationary and seemed to be doing pretty good as we watched everyone reeling them in.<br /> Today on the other hand was another story. I put the boat in by myself and forgot to put on my electronics. Who does that? Me. LOL. I have the ole flasher in the center console so rather than going back home I just did the best I could. I was going to give it another repeat and hit the creek but everyone and there brothers and sisters had the same idea. I tried a little bit of trolling but didn't get a bite. My son has a trolling motor with remote and I gotta get one of those because it makes trolling so much easier but boy are they expensive. They will hook up to my Humminbirds and can be controlled from my bird or remote. Its on my wish list! LOL. Any ways back to my report. So I decided to hit some bluffs....no luck....stumps of the main channel...no luck. I got out kinda late today so I thought I would finish up with some photography. I managed to sneak up on some beavers and get a few shots. Fish pics. are from yesterday and the others are from today. Hope you all enjoy. I sure did!
