No valentine's so wanting to go get on the ice one more time before it's gone anybody got an update?

I too would like a report and did not get around to calling the lodge today. Any tips would be great thanks!

I spoke to someone at the lodge earlier. She said that the south side is 6-12". north side is thinner but I don't recall thickness. Four wheelers are recommended to stay on the south side. it has been warm so expect slush[pirate].
Anyway my son and I will be on the south side in about 18' fishing for trout and perch. Hope we run in to you guys.

Fished the north side today. There is 8-10 inches of good ice still. It was very warm, water was sitting on top of the ice in places.

So how was the catching at Fish Lake? Planning on heading there early in the morning. Hopefully better than Strawberry treated us yesterday!

I was there today (Sunday) and the catching was good (both along the weed line for perch and small trout and out in deeper water for "bigger" trout). Edges were good at Doctor Creek where we got on and ice was plenty thick everywhere we drilled on the south and east sides of the lake. Wind was a factor but it was warm enough to not kill us.
