Fishing Forum

We made it up today for a few hours. We did not get up to the lake until about 9:00 AM. The fishing was non existent until about noon. We had several poles in the water without a bite for several hours. Finally, a few cuts came through and we hooked into 4 or 5 and 1 small bow. It was a nice day but not real productive. The ice was solid and we measured it at 15 inches.

Thanks for the heads up on the conditions. Overall, it was still nice to get out with the family and spend time on the ice!

Any time spent with the family is quality time, even if it is slow fishing time. I got to spend some time with my daughter at UL monday. And that was a slow windy day with no fish wanting to come out and play.
