Last year we messed up a prop on the boat because of low water level. What is the water level right now. Would one have any problems at this time?

The smartazz answer is "If you hit something, you'll damage your prop and if you don't, you won't."
The friendly answer is that Willard is extremely low, but if you are VERY careful, you can get out on it without damage. Trim up, go very slow, watch your depth finder, go slow, have a lookout in the bow, go slow, stay in the channel until well clear of the marina, and go slow.
And before I forget: go slow.

Willard has been low for several years and when it is low, there is always a chance of hitting your prop, even for those of us that fish it all the time. Rocky gave you some good advice but if you are really concerned about it, you might want to avoid it until we get more water in there. That likely will not be this year. I would say the average water depth is 9 to 11 ft, there are areas that are deeper than 11ft and a lot of areas that are less than 9ft. If you do go, stay 1/2 mile or more away from the entire south side of the lake, the North side is fine but you have to be very careful coming out of or going into either marina.

Rocky gave you the best advice available......GO SLOW. wiperhunter2 gave you even better advice.....if you don't feel comfortable with the water level " don't go"
I just returned from WB south - for my boat, not a real problem, and I make it a habit to keep my motor up and my eye on my sonar.
I doubt that the water levels are going to get any better anywhere in Utah this summer.
One very nice positive note, there was a crew of volunteers last year that cleared out A LOT OF the rocks around the ramps and dock area at the south marina of Willard. Many, many thanks to all those that were involved. I was able to "nose" my boat into east side dock that has the least water under it (which is almost none) long enough to drop off my fishin partner today to get the rig. Sonar read 1.9 feet at the stern but the bow didn't bang into anything or even beach into the mud and gravel.

Better safe than sorry, be careful in any of the marinas. 10 ft in one direction is the difference between nice clean props and the need for a replacement.
